FALL BASKETBALL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Strength training is an important part of becoming a better basketball player. The stronger and more conditioned these kids are the better they will do at their specific sport. Along with being a basketball person I have been a personal trainer for 17 years. I work with several clients on strength and conditioning for their desired sport. I developed a circuit program that is specifically designed to benefit kids in the sport of basketball. The program helps with speed, quickness, jumping ability, strength and overall conditioning. I am offering this program for kids ranging from eight years old up to sixteen year old.
The program will be held at my home at 331 S. western ave in Park Ridge.
Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Time: 4:00 – 4:45
Dates: October 3rd – October 28th
Cost: $15 / session or pay for all 12 up front $135(3free)
